Well, we have been in Phnom Penh, Cambodia for a little over two weeks now. We arrived here on Monday, April 13th and we have been staying with another missionary couple here. We are spending most of our time right now looking for a house to settle into and trying to get otherwise settled in and accustomed to living in Cambodia. There are also a few odds and ends we need to get done like getting our visas sorted out and finding a tutor to teach us the Cambodia language: Khmer.
We are so grateful to everyone who has helped us get here. We feel a mixture of feelingsbeing here. We are excited and anxious to begin learning Khmer and interact with local people and eventually start working to build churches, but we also have a feeling like, “Is this real?” Overall, we are very glad we are in Cambodia and excited about what God will do here and with us in the future. Please continue to pray for us and for the Cambodian people. To receive regular updates of our work in Cambodia, you can sign up for our newsletter – click the picture on the left. May our Father bless you today!
